Gloria Robles AMFT 136186
Hello! My name is Gloria Robles, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in the San Fernando Valley, with experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood. Much of my experience stems from community mental health settings, where my work has allowed me to walk alongside clients as they navigate a wide range of life experiences.
I am a mother, a first-generation student in my family, and the daughter of Guatemalan immigrant parents. These parts of my identity ground my commitment to honoring each person’s lived experience and cultural background. I value creating a space where your individual story is not only welcomed but understood within the context of your relationships, culture, and community.
In my belief, therapy should be unique to you. To meet your unique needs and process, I adapt my approach, with a narrative lens, a person-centered space, or a trauma-informed framework as needed. I aim to create an environment that feels meaningful and responsive to you—one where you feel seen, heard, and supported in ways that resonate with your story. I root my clinical foundation in reflective practice, dyadic models, and trauma-informed care. This training guides me in being thoughtful and intentional in how I show up with clients.
I currently offer virtual sessions for those navigating family/relationship stressors, cultural issues, life transitions—as well as those experiencing depression and anxiety, particularly as they relate to cultural identity and different life stages. Wherever you are in your journey, I aim to meet you there with openness, compassion, and care.
